Returns detailed information for a single Tacklit profile as an HL7 FHIR R4 compatible Bundle (type "collection"). The Bundle contains a Patient resource for overview information, Practitioner resources for assigned clinician, Appointment resources for the last 3 appointments, and DocumentReference resources for the last 3 clinical notes and last 3 correspondence items.
